Quality control

Fair questions.

Is it really unlimited?

Yes. Queue as many work orders as you like. Both plans include one active workstream at a time, plus unlimited revisions until you're happy with it.

How fast do I get things back?

Most design requests ship in 3 to 5 business days. Development work and larger design systems are split into weekly milestones, so you always see useful progress without a rushed promise.

What if I no longer need the service?

Cancel before your next renewal. Monthly service continues through the current 30-day term; quarterly service continues through the prepaid three-month term. There is no commitment beyond the period you've already purchased.

Who actually does the work?

A small, senior team, led by the studio's founder — a product designer with 15+ years in SaaS. The same people stay on your account for as long as you subscribe: no outsourcing, no rotating juniors, no agency handoffs.

What tools do you work in?

Figma for design. Webflow, WordPress or your existing stack for builds. Requests live on a shared board (Trello or Notion, your pick), and everything runs async: no mandatory meetings.

What don't you do?

Complex back-end systems, native mobile development, 3D, heavy motion/video production and long-form copywriting. If your request list doesn't fit the factory, we'll say so before you subscribe, not after.

What if it's not a fit?

Revisions are unlimited, so most misses get fixed in a round or two. And if the first week convinces you we're not right for each other, we'll refund 75% of your first month, no questions asked.
